30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item(s).
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in good condition. It should be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Certain items like final sale products (such as gift cards, custom fabrications, consulting fees and clearance items) are non-returnable. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
- Product Damage - products damaged by accident or incident, manipulation or changes to electronics and moving parts, water damage, aftermarket chargers in excess of 12v dc.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at 720-881-1747 with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Email with instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Item Back: Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- We will waive the return shipping fee for exchanges related to defective or incorrect products.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Please include photos of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
